Просто зарегистрироваться недостаточно. Чтобы получить возможность голосовать нужно или потратиться, или зарегистрироваться на представленных событиях, насколько я понял.

What @Reptiloid says is that paying for votes is not really an option for us here, since currency exchange rate is really nasty and hits our wallets harder than Summoner's vortexes. As for free votes, the site claims that those are obtainable thru 04/01/19. It's already 04/10/19 (for you it might be 04/09/19), so I'm not quite sure if those free votes are an option anymore. Expiration dates and whatnot... Maybe the site isn't giving correct info, but in that case the guys behind it should clear up this mystery.

I don't want to sound like a defeatist, but that's just how it is for us here right now. If anyone here wants to donate and vote, great! But alas, aside for money support, all we can do right now is offer spiritual and channel support. I'm sorry. :(
